Vote Mama is looking for an Executive Assistant with exceptional communication and organization skills to assist the Founder & CEO in external communication, scheduling, and special projects. As Executive Assistant, you will report directly to the Founder and CEO, Liuba Grechen Shirley. This position is remote with flexibility to travel for in-person events if necessary. This role requires the ability to work independently and to exercise sound judgment and discretion while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
Vote Mama Foundation Fellowship Program
Each semester, we welcome a group of fellows to engage in shared learning and play an instrumental role in continuing to build our growing organization. Fellows will be part of our team for a 3-4 month period with the possibility of extension. Fellowships are paid or are appropriate for academic credit. Openings will be posted before the start of each regular semester.
