Vote Mama Foundation  Fellowships

Vote Mama Foundation is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization aspiring to be the leading source of research and analysis on the political participation of moms in the United States. Because we know that lived experience affects how policy is approached, we work toward gender equity by breaking the barriers mothers face running for office, normalizing mothers of young children running for office, and enabling legislators to pass inclusive, family-friendly policies.

We continue to welcome a group of Fellows each semester who will engage in shared learning and play an instrumental role in continuing to build our growing organization.

Fellowships are paid or are appropriate for academic credit. Fellows will be part of our team for a 3-4 month period with the possibility for extension. All Fellowship positions for Spring 2022 have been filled and applications are not currently being accepted. However, Fellowship positions reopen before the beginning of each semester, so please check back.

Vote Mama Foundation prides itself on practicing the values we advocate. We are a family-friendly workplace committed to a culture prioritizing both the importance of the work we do and balance with life outside of work. Because we recognize the necessity of an intersectional approach to advocacy, we actively seek to broaden the scope of our collective lived experiences in our hiring practices.
